TikTok Shop Orders Sync for WooCommerce is a free TikTok Shop WooCommerce integration for sellers who want to connect WooCommerce to TikTok Shop without paying for middleware. TikTok Shop orders arrive in WooCommerce as native orders, and fulfilment — tracking, shipped status, labels — is done from wp-admin.
It is orders-first: orders, shipments and stock stay in sync, while listings, videos and live-shopping content stay in TikTok Seller Center where they belong.
The problem it solves
TikTok Shop sales come in bursts — a video takes off and a hundred orders land in an afternoon. If your stock and fulfilment live in WooCommerce, copying those orders across and pasting tracking numbers back by hand is where mistakes and late shipments happen, and TikTok Shop’s shipping-time metrics are strict.

How it works
- Create an app in TikTok Shop Partner Center and set its callback URL to the one on the plugin’s settings screen.
- Paste the App Key, App Secret and Service ID into WooCommerce → TikTok Shop Sync and click Connect TikTok Shop.
- Orders are imported every 15 minutes and follow TikTok’s status as it changes.
- Set an order to your shipped status and the package is marked shipped on TikTok with your tracking number. Stock syncs every hour by seller SKU.

The signing TikTok actually requires
Most “signature is invalid” errors come from signing the request wrongly. This plugin signs exactly as TikTok Shop specifies — sorted {key}{value} parameters prefixed with the API path, the request body appended, wrapped in the app secret and hashed with HMAC-SHA256 — and the implementation is verified against TikTok’s own published example. The access token goes in the x-tts-access-token header (API version 202309) and is never part of the signature. Tokens refresh automatically, you are warned before authorisation lapses, and secrets are stored encrypted. HPOS-native.

How do I connect WooCommerce to TikTok Shop with this plugin?
Create an app in TikTok Shop Partner Center, paste its App Key, App Secret and Service ID into the plugin, and click Connect TikTok Shop. The shop is detected automatically.
I get “signature is invalid” — what’s wrong?
Almost always an App Key and App Secret from different apps. Copy both again from the same app.
How are TikTok products matched?
By seller SKU — the WooCommerce SKU must equal the seller SKU on the TikTok listing. Unmatched lines are imported as placeholders with a warning note.
Does it upload my products to TikTok Shop?
No. Listings stay in TikTok Seller Center. The plugin handles orders, shipping and stock.
Will it create duplicate orders?
No. Imports are keyed on the TikTok order ID.
