Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) Orders Sync for WooCommerce is a free ChannelAdvisor WooCommerce integration. Rithum — the company formerly known as ChannelAdvisor — connects your catalogue to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target and hundreds of other marketplaces. This plugin brings the orders from all of them into WooCommerce so you can fulfil everything from one place.
It is orders-first and deliberately lightweight: orders, shipments and stock stay in sync, while listing management stays in the Rithum platform where it belongs. No middleware, no per-order fees.
The problem it solves
Rithum is built to syndicate a catalogue to many channels. For WooCommerce merchants the gap is the other direction: marketplace orders need to reach the warehouse process that already runs on WooCommerce, and shipments need to reach each marketplace in time to protect seller metrics.
Doing that by hand, or through a generic connector that also rewrites your products, is slow and risky. This integration moves orders in, shipments and cancellations out, and stock across — and nothing else.
How it works
- Create an Application in the ChannelAdvisor Developer Console and grant it access to your Rithum account to get a refresh token.
- Paste the Application ID, Shared Secret and refresh token into WooCommerce → Rithum Sync and press Test connection.
- Orders are imported every 15 minutes, with the originating marketplace and its order number.
- Complete an order and the shipment — carrier, class and tracking — is sent to Rithum. Stock is pushed every hour by SKU.

- Imports Rithum orders — Every 15 minutes, as native WooCommerce orders — lines matched by SKU, buyer and shipping addresses, marketplace shipping charges and tax.
- Records the marketplace — Each order shows which marketplace it came from and that marketplace’s own order ID.
- Pushes shipments — Carrier, shipping class and tracking number, when the order reaches your chosen status. Tracking from popular shipment-tracking plugins is picked up.
- Pushes cancellations — Cancel a Rithum order in WooCommerce before it ships and Rithum is told.
- Hourly stock sync — By SKU, with distribution-centre support and a safety-buffer filter.
- Status filter — Import Active, Complete or Cancelled orders, with a configurable look-back.
- Sync log, status screen, dashboard widget — Every call logged with raw API detail.
Built on the Rithum REST API properly
The refresh token is exchanged for a one-hour access token automatically, cached, and replayed transparently on a 401. Orders are read with correct OData queries against /v1/Orders — $filter, $expand, $top, $skip — with pagination. Calls are rate-limit aware with exponential backoff, jobs run on Action Scheduler with a WP-Cron fallback, the plugin is HPOS-native, and every secret is stored encrypted.

Frequently asked questions
Is Rithum the same as ChannelAdvisor?
Yes. ChannelAdvisor and CommerceHub merged and became Rithum. The API and Developer Console are still at developer.channeladvisor.com, and this plugin works with both names.
Where do I get the refresh token?
From the Developer Console when you grant your application access to an account. Refresh tokens don’t expire; the plugin uses it to mint a fresh one-hour access token whenever needed.
How are products matched?
By SKU. Unmatched lines are imported as placeholder items and the order gets a warning note.
Will it create duplicate orders?
No. Imports are keyed on the Rithum order ID.
Does it change my listings?
No. It only reads orders and writes shipments, cancellations and stock quantities.
