Description

Allegro Orders Sync for WooCommerce is a free Allegro WooCommerce integration for sellers who would rather run one back office than two. Allegro is Poland’s dominant marketplace and one of the largest in Europe, with around 158 million visits a month — and if you sell there while running your own WooCommerce store, this plugin lets you do the daily work in one place.

Allegro orders are imported as native WooCommerce orders, so your packing, invoicing and reporting keep working the way they already do. When you ship, the tracking number goes back to Allegro and the order is marked SENT. Stock levels flow the other way every hour. It is deliberately focused: orders, fulfilment and stock, without a monthly middleware bill.

The problem it solves

Selling on Allegro and on your own site usually means two admin panels, two stock figures and a lot of copy-and-paste. The costly mistakes are small ones: a tracking number that never reaches Allegro, an item that sold out on your store but is still live on Allegro, or an invoice request (faktura) that nobody noticed until the buyer complained.

Allegro rates sellers on exactly those things. This plugin takes them off your plate: every order is in WooCommerce, every shipment is reported back in the right order (waybill first, then status), and invoice requests are flagged the moment the order arrives.

How it works

1. Register an app at apps.developer.allegro.pl and paste its Client ID and Client Secret into WooCommerce → Allegro Sync.
2. Click Connect Allegro account and approve access — the plugin handles OAuth and keeps the token fresh.
3. Orders arrive in WooCommerce every 15 minutes, with line items, delivery cost, buyer, delivery and invoice addresses.
4. Set an order to your “shipped” status and the tracking number is uploaded and the order marked SENT on Allegro. Stock is pushed to your offers every hour.

• Native order import — Allegro checkout forms become real WooCommerce orders every 15 minutes — items, delivery cost, buyer login, delivery and invoice addresses.
• Status mapping — Allegro’s checkout-form and fulfilment statuses map to the WooCommerce statuses you choose, and existing orders update as Allegro changes them.
• Tracking and SENT, in the right order — The waybill is uploaded first, then the fulfilment status is set to SENT — the sequence Allegro expects.
• Carrier mapping built in — InPost, Poczta Polska, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS and ORLEN Paczka are mapped to Allegro carrier IDs automatically, and tracking entered by popular shipment-tracking plugins is picked up.
• Invoice requests flagged — Orders where the buyer asked for a VAT invoice get a clear note on import, so none slip through.
• Cancellation sync — Cancel in WooCommerce before shipping and the order is cancelled on Allegro too.
• Hourly stock push — WooCommerce stock is sent to your Allegro offers, matched by the offer’s seller signature (your SKU).
• Sandbox support — Test the whole flow against Allegro’s sandbox before touching real orders.
• Sync log and status screen — Every API call is logged with readable errors, plus a status screen and a dashboard widget.

Built the way Allegro’s API expects

The plugin uses the proper OAuth2 authorisation-code flow with refresh tokens, refreshed on a schedule and replayed transparently on a 401. It sends Allegro’s versioned media type (application/vnd.allegro.public.v1+json) on every request, reads errors[].userMessage so failures arrive in plain language, honours Retry-After when rate-limited, and runs on Action Scheduler (WP-Cron as a fallback). It is HPOS-native and stores the Client Secret and tokens encrypted — they are never written to the log.

Frequently asked questions

Is this Allegro WooCommerce integration really free?

Yes. The free version covers up to 150 orders a month on one account with no subscription and no middleware. You only need your own Allegro developer app, which Allegro provides at no cost.

How are Allegro offers matched to WooCommerce products?

By the offer’s seller signature (the external ID on the Allegro offer), which should equal your WooCommerce SKU. Unmatched lines are still imported as placeholder items with a warning note, so no order is lost.

Will it create duplicate orders?

No. Imports are keyed on the Allegro checkout-form ID; later syncs update the existing order.

Does it generate the invoice for invoice requests?

It flags the request on the order so you know one is expected. Generating the invoice document stays with your accounting or invoicing plugin.

Can I test without touching real orders?

Yes. Tick Sandbox and connect an Allegro sandbox seller account. Switching between sandbox and production requires reconnecting.
