Manage all your Mirakl marketplace orders without leaving WooCommerce — free.

If you sell on a Mirakl-powered marketplace such as Shop Apotheke, Douglas, Decathlon, Carrefour, Best Buy Canada, or any of the 300+ platforms built on Mirakl, you know the routine: log in to the seller portal, accept new orders, copy them into your own system, ship, then go back to upload tracking numbers. Mirakl Order Sync for WooCommerce removes all of that busywork. Orders flow into your WooCommerce store automatically, and shipping updates flow back to the marketplace on their own.

Why you’ll like it

Connect as many shops as you want. Every marketplace shop gets its own entry with its own API URL, API key, and shop ID. Selling on two marketplaces — or running five shops on the same one? Add them all and manage every order from a single WooCommerce dashboard.

Orders import themselves. A built-in scheduler fetches new orders as often as every five minutes, or as rarely as once a day — your choice. Need something specific? Import manually by date range or by exact Mirakl order IDs at any time.

New orders are accepted for you. Orders waiting for acceptance can be accepted automatically the moment they’re found, so you never lose a sale to an expired acceptance window. Prefer to review orders yourself? Switch auto-accept off per shop.

Shipping syncs back automatically. When you complete an order in WooCommerce, the marketplace order is marked as shipped. Tracking numbers are pushed to Mirakl with your carrier’s name and tracking link, and the order is moved to SHIPPED — no more copy-pasting tracking codes into the seller portal.

Every shop plays by its own rules. For each shop you decide: which WooCommerce status imported orders get, whether to import real prices and shipping costs or create zero-price fulfilment orders, which country to fall back to when the marketplace sends unrecognisable address data, and whether to download delivery bills.

Delivery documents, attached. Marketplace delivery bills (PDF) are downloaded automatically and linked right on the order screen and in your orders list.

Products matched by SKU — with a safety net. Line items are matched to your WooCommerce products by SKU. If a SKU isn’t found, the plugin can create a hidden placeholder product so the order still imports completely, or simply skip the line and log it — you choose.

Built for modern WooCommerce. Fully compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS), with a connection tester for every shop and detailed logs under WooCommerce → Status → Logs, so you always know exactly what happened and when.

How it works

1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Go to WooCommerce → Mirakl Sync → Shops and click Add Shop.
3. Paste your Mirakl API URL (for example https://yourmarketplace.mirakl.net/api) and the API key from your Mirakl seller account.
4. Click Test connection, choose your import settings, and save.

That’s it — from now on, marketplace orders appear in WooCommerce like any other order.
