What this plugin does
Mirakl Order Sync for WooCommerce connects Mirakl-powered marketplaces to WooCommerce through the standard Mirakl seller API. You add one entry per shop; each shop has its own API URL, key, schedule and import behaviour. Orders are imported on schedule or on demand, optionally accepted, and created as WooCommerce orders. Completing an order sends the tracking number back and marks it shipped on Mirakl.
The plugin is free on WordPress.org and has no order limits.
Requirements
- WordPress 5.6 or later and PHP 7.4 or later
- WooCommerce, HPOS or legacy order storage
- API access on each Mirakl seller account (API URL ending in
/apiand a shop API key) - A working WP-Cron for scheduled imports
Installation
- In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New, search for RAU Mirakl Order Sync, install and activate. Or download it from the WordPress.org plugin page.
- Go to WooCommerce → RAU Mirakl Sync. The screen has Shops, Import Orders and Settings sections.
Adding a Mirakl shop
- Open Shops → Add Shop.
- Enter the shop’s Mirakl API URL — it ends in
/api, for examplehttps://yourmarketplace.mirakl.net/api. Your marketplace’s seller documentation lists it. - Enter the shop API key from the seller account (usually Settings → API) and, if the marketplace uses one, the shop ID.
- Press Test connection. Save only once it succeeds.
- Repeat for every Mirakl marketplace you sell on.
If a marketplace’s seller account has no API section, ask its seller support to enable API access — the key belongs to the shop, not to the plugin.

Settings reference
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Import interval | How often scheduled imports run, from every 5 minutes to daily. |
| Status for imported orders | The WooCommerce status new Mirakl orders receive. |
| Auto-accept | Accept orders waiting for acceptance automatically, per shop. |
| Prices | Import marketplace prices and shipping costs, or create zero-price orders for fulfilment only. |
| Documents | Download the Mirakl delivery bill as a PDF attached to the order. |
| Carrier | Carrier code and name sent with tracking. Codes are marketplace-specific, so they are set per shop. |
| Unknown SKUs | Create a placeholder product when a SKU doesn’t exist, so the order imports with correct totals. |
| Country fallback | Country name fallback and override for addresses Mirakl returns without a usable code. |
| Logging | Write API calls and imports to WooCommerce → Status → Logs. |
How orders are imported
On each scheduled run the plugin asks every enabled shop for new orders. If auto-accept is on, orders waiting for acceptance are accepted first. Each order is then created as a WooCommerce order with the customer, billing and shipping addresses and shipping lines filled in, using the prices or zero-price mode you chose.
Lines are matched by SKU. When a SKU doesn’t exist and placeholders are enabled, a placeholder product is created so totals stay correct; otherwise the order notes which lines didn’t match.
Every order stores its Mirakl order reference, and the plugin checks for it before creating anything — re-importing a date range updates existing orders instead of duplicating them.
Sending tracking back to Mirakl
When you complete an order in WooCommerce, the plugin sends its tracking number with the shop’s carrier code and name to Mirakl and confirms the shipment, which marks the order shipped on the marketplace.
If documents are enabled, the Mirakl delivery bill is downloaded as a PDF and attached to the order so it can be printed with the packing slip.

Logs
With logging on, every API call and import run is written to WooCommerce → Status → Logs under the source ramos-order-sync. When an import fails, the log shows the request and Mirakl’s response.

Managing shops
The Shops list shows every connected shop with its API endpoint, sync schedule and the time of the last import. Edit a shop to change its key or behaviour, or disable it to pause imports for that marketplace only.

Importing on demand
Use Import Orders to pull orders for a date range — useful after connecting a new shop — or to fetch specific Mirakl order IDs when one needs re-syncing.

Import behaviour
Settings control the import interval, the WooCommerce status for new orders, auto-accept, pricing mode and document downloads.

Free — with no order limits

Troubleshooting
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Test connection fails | Check the API URL ends in /api and belongs to the right marketplace, and that the key is the shop API key. |
| Scheduled imports don’t run | Scheduled imports rely on WP-Cron. If your host disables it, set up a real cron job that calls wp-cron.php. |
| Orders are cancelled by the marketplace | Turn on auto-accept for that shop so orders are accepted within the marketplace’s window. |
| Lines import with the wrong product | Make the WooCommerce SKU equal the offer SKU on the marketplace. |
| Anything else | Turn on logging and read WooCommerce → Status → Logs, source ramos-order-sync. |
Uninstalling
Uninstalling removes the plugin’s settings, including saved shops and API keys. Orders already imported remain in WooCommerce.
